Dr Smith graduated from the University of Louisville School of Dentistry and pursued extensive post graduate education in dental rehabilitation in the field of occlusion, full mouth rehabilitation, TMJ disorders, sleep apnea and conscious sedation. His practice in Phoenix, AZ is dedicated to esthetic, contemporary, restorative and cosmetic rehabilitation. He is actively involved in numerous organizations and associations and currently serves as Faculty Director at Clinical Mastery.
